Want to Get Fit, Lose Weight, Gain Muscle at Home?

Health & Wellness

By Greg Brenner

Have you ever said to yourself, “I want to get into shape once and for all?” Maybe I can give you some ideas to help you get motivated to make that decision. If you answer “YES” to any of the following you should consider starting a safe, active strength and cardiovascular fitness program. OK, here we go!

Are you overweight or underweight, have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, get winded walking up stairs, feel tired a lot, your back, neck, hips and knees get stiff or hurt, recovering from an injury, are stressed at work, have low self esteem, getting ready for a sports season, want to gain muscle mass or just want to tone up? Did you answer “Yes” to any of these? If so, perhaps you should consider hiring a Personal Trainer!  The following are common questions I am frequently asked about personal fitness training.

Why hire a Personal Fitness Trainer?

When you hire a personal trainer you are not just purchasing their physical presence and guidance through your workouts but also their education, experience, knowledge and expertise with fitness and nutritional program development and design. Our bodies have more than 200 bones, over 600 muscles, and approximately 230 moveable and semi-moveable joints. Let's face it, our bodies are extremely complex! If you choose to hire a personal trainer, you might spend a little more up front, but you will definitely receive a far better return for your investment. Whatever your goal is, a personal trainer is the quickest and safest way to put you on track to a slimmer, stronger, healthier and more energetic you!

Who hires a Personal Trainer?

My client’s consist of “Stay at Home Moms”, models, athletes, weekend warrior athletes, body builders, professional wrestlers, and professional business people – aging in range from 16 to 80 years old.

How often and where do we meet?

I meet with my client’s 2 to 3 times per week at their home, office, outdoors or at my home gym in Plymouth. There is no need to have a gym membership.

Do I need fitness equipment?

Most people have some equipment but NO it is not necessary. I can bring everything you will need with me to the session to perform a great work out. If you plan to buy equipment, I will instruct you with your needs so you will spend your money wisely. Believe me, you don’t need a lot.
