To solve your personal success puzzle, it is important that you begin with an accurate understanding of what success means. That is the first piece of your puzzle to put into place.
Misunderstanding this power word will guarantee confusion in most areas of your life. And, although the proper understanding may not guarantee your success, it will certainly turn the daily exercise of putting the puzzle together into a more pleasurable experience.
What is success?
Ask one hundred people and you will probably get ninety-eight different answers, most of which will not work. If they did work, you would see more happy, healthy, wealthy, well-balanced people in the world.
Bob Proctor who was featured in “The Secret” states that the best definition of success he has ever found arrived in 1959 by Earl Nightingale who continued to use it for forty years before he left in 1989. “Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.” Earl Nightingale. Bob Proctor adopted this definition and has used it continuously since 1961. His definition is in perfect harmony with the laws of the universe. Let four of the nine words serve as your compass. They will be your continuous checkpoint as you go from one win to another, each win or victory always greater in nature than the previous one.
These four words contain “The Secret” to solving the success puzzle. When you consider that success is dependent upon the PROGRESSIVE REALIZATION of A WORTHY IDEAL, it necessarily follows that the first thing you require to solve your personal puzzle is A WORTHY IDEAL. Common logic dictates that you cannot progressively realize A WORTHY IDEAL if you do not have one.
Right now, you're standing on the brink of your possibility. It's time to seek out your destiny. It's time to see and achieve one goal after another with a clear-headed and confident stride ... no matter how big you might think that goal to be.
