Being just 10-20lbs over weight can make the difference in how you feel and look. It can elevate your cholesterol levels and blood pressure, increase the chance of diabetes, and add un-needed pressure to your joints.  Being overweight makes those favorite pair of jeans just sit in the closet because you know that next month you will be able to fit into them, right?

Your Body Weight is a Direct Reflection of Your Health

What are You Doing About It?

Being just 10-20lbs over weight can make the difference in how you feel and look. It can elevate your cholesterol levels and blood pressure, increase the chance of diabetes, and add un-needed pressure to your joints.  Being overweight makes those favorite pair of jeans just sit in the closet because you know that next month you will be able to fit into them, right? Or will it be the following month? Or, maybe six months from now?

You know how it goes.  You’re busy and never have enough time for yourself.  That’s until you get sick. Then you have to make the time but it’s spent either at the doctor’s office or at home in bed. That adds up to a lot of time and money spent at doctor’s appointments and lost wages, right? So now, how important is it to make time to exercise and workout?  Do something for yourself today and make that commitment now!

Make decisions based on facts!

This is where I can put my knowledge to work to help you. In our first visit we will sit down and get the facts! We will discuss what your goals are regarding reducing those inches, your lifestyle and diet/nutrition. The second visit we will conduct an assessment test workout to find out where your strength and endurance levels are. This will allow me to design the right fitness and nutritional program just for you. There is no charge for these first two initial visits.

Why hire a Personal Trainer?

When you hire a personal trainer you are not just purchasing their physical presence and guidance through your workouts but also their education, experience, knowledge and expertise with fitness and nutritional program development and design. Let's face it, our bodies are extremely complex! If you choose to hire a personal trainer, you might spend a little more up front, but you will definitely receive a far better return for your investment. A personal trainer is the quickest and safest way to put you on track.

Who hires a Personal Trainer?

My clients consist of body builders, professional wrestlers, models, athletes, ‘stay at home’ moms and professional business persons - from ages 16 to 80.

How often and where do I meet?

I meet with my clients 2 – 3 times per week at their homes, offices or outdoors so there is no need to have a gym membership.

Do I need fitness equipment?

Most people have some equipment but NO, it is not necessary. I can bring everything you will need with me to the session to perform a great work out. If you plan to buy equipment, I will instruct you on your needs so you will spend your money wisely. Believe me, you don’t need a lot.
