That things are tough right now is old news.  Just when we think that our retirement and college savings have hit bottom, they tank again. 

Gone are the days (for now at least) that we can go to the mall and buy something just because we feel like it.  We go out to dinner rarely, if at all.  We can now enjoy vacations more in our imaginations than in reality. 

Of course these things pale in comparison to losing a job, not being able to pay your bills or even heat your home.  There is one thing, however, that can never be taken away from you - your spirit.  Here, you are always at peace; this is where true happiness lives.  Meditation and a variety of Mind Body Medicine practices teach you how to access this place – a true gift in good times and bad.
