Are their caregivers insured and bonded? Do they personally answer their phones 24/7 or do they forward to an answering service? Who employs the caregiver and tracks their hours – you or the company? Can you request a change in caregivers if it is not a good fit? Also, review the services you need because some companies in the area do not provide personal care and incidental transportation.
