• Remember, vehicles can be fixed or replaced, do your best to remain calm.

• Call Police to report the accident.

• Call an expert to take full responsibility for your repair, including towing, rentals and insurance mitigation.

• Realize that multiple estimates are not required by law.

• You have a right to choose your Collision Center for repair.

• Be prepared and select wisely.
