Recently, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about Facebook. I’m not sure, but maybe the reason I’m getting all these questions is because Facebook has finally passed Google as the #1 most visited web site on planet Earth.

How to Know Whether YOUR Web Site is Magnificent or Ridiculous…
In the Danish fairy tale, The Emperor’s New Clothes, the Emperor didn’t want to admit that his brand new clothes were invisible. As the legend goes, the clothes were supposedly only invisible to anyone who was “stupid”. He ends up strutting around the town square in his underwear all because his ego wouldn’t let him face the facts. We all laugh and say how foolish the Emperor was. But what’s worse is all the townspeople praised him for his beautiful new clothes!
The moral of the story is that it’s okay to admit our own flaws. Everybody has them! (And of course, the other moral is to make sure you look in the mirror at least once before you leave the house.)
Yet now we’re in 2008, and I STILL see foolish Emperors almost everywhere I look in the business world. Only instead of invisible clothes being the problem, it’s web sites.
