Amy H. Martell is a collaborative family lawyer and mediator, and owner of Whole Family Law and Mediation in Marshfield. A holistic practitioner, Amy strongly believes that most family law matters can be resolved without the emotional and financial cost of the adversarial family court process. As such, Amy’s practice is limited to out-of-court resolution of family matters (including divorce mediation, marital mediation, collaborative divorce, collaborative modifications, parent coordination, mediation coaching, and divorce clarity consultations) and to family formation (including adoption, donor agreements, and LGBTQ family agreements). This non-adversarial focus allows her to help preserve her clients’ emotional and financial resources while helping her clients create meaningful and lasting resolutions.
