Goji Berries, Acai berries, Mangosteen and fruit from the Noni tree are all seen as super fruits that contain the phytonutrients that can support our immune systems and destroy free radicals.
The phytonutrient properties of these berries are contained in the special polysaccharides (a.k.a. phyto-nutrient compounds). These phyto-nutrient compounds act as cellular messengers and are often referred to by scientists as master molecules. Goji berries support such functions as cellular and immune health.
